We're currently looking to fill positions at our Ontario, California Will-call Center. If you love "talking bikes", this could be the position for you. There is plenty of face-to-face interaction with customers!

You'll assist customers with pickups of online and phone orders, help them select appropriate components, and talk bikes with customers that love them too!

It's pretty fast-paced, so you need to be able to keep your cool, but it's a fun work environment and every day is something new and interesting.

Applicants should have a strong knowledge of bikes. That means you need to be out there riding what we're selling - MTB, Road, etc. You don't have to be an expert on everything, but you'll need a good foundation of bike knowledge to succeed in this position.

In addition, because you'll be interfacing closely with our customers, you'll need strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude (grumps need not apply!)

The pay range for this position is $9 - $13, hourly, depending on experience and skill level.
