DENVER, CO - Campus Cycles is known for providing outstanding service. We are looking for an experienced mechanic to run our service department, someone with bike shop and management experience with the hope of filling this position by mid to late February. Candidate needs to be highly organized, motivated and willing to exceed every customer's expectations. Candidate will be in charge of all aspects of running the repair department: troubleshooting, scheduling, ticket writing, overseeing the mechanic's work/workload, ordering parts, handling customer concerns. Will work closely with the GM and owner to see that all service goals are met. This is a full year, full time position with benefits available.
